Dear BGSL Participants,

All Sar forms are available on the BGSL website under the forms and documents tab or by clicking here. Please turn completed All Star forms to your coach or drop them off to a board member at the diamonds.

More about All Stars:

The Brownsburg Girls Softball League will sanction and sponsor All-Star teams in any and/or all divisions except the 6-under division. In addition, the league will provide a shirt to each player-participant, manager, and up to two coaches on each All-Star team. The league will pay, in cash or kind, entry fees for up to two Board approved tournaments for each All-Star team, plus the league’s Invitational Tournament. League sponsored slow-pitch All-Star teams are required to participate in the Brownsburg Invitational Tournament and will be required to provide volunteers from player-participants, managers, coaches, and parent/guardians to assist with the tournament as needed (i.e. concessions, grounds).

2012 Brownsburg Invitational Slow Pitch Tournament

August 4th and 5th 2012

The Brownsburg Invitational Slow Pitch Tournament will be held on Aug 4th - Aug 5th 2012 and is open to 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and 19U divisions. The tournament includes pool play and a double elimination tournament with a 4 game guarantee.

The deadline for entry in the Brownsburg Invitational Slow Pitch tournament is Monday July 27th. Please send checks (made out to BGSL Inc. with age division) to:

10U State All-Star Team Tryouts

10U State All-Star Team Tryouts

Tryouts for the 10U Slow Pitch State All-Star Team will be held on Saturday, May 19^th at 5:30 on Diamond 2 at BGSL. Any girl playing in the BGSL 10U Division including slow pitch and fast pitch is eligible to try out for the State All-Star team; however girls that are also on a travel team are not eligible.

Rain Date - Sunday May 20^th at 2:00 pm will be an alternate date if May 19^th is rained out.

The 10U State All Star team is a league endorsed all-star team that will play slow pitch all-star tournaments after the 10U rec. season. Practices will begin on Sundays prior to the completion of rec. play, starting June 3rd, with a regular practice schedule starting after rec. play concludes.

Concession Stand Schedule! UPDATED

The Teams working Concession Stand Duty from Saturday, May 5th through Thursday, May 24th have been assigned. "Concession Stand Events" have been added to the weekly schedules, along with the scheduled practices and games.

We still have one open slot we need to fill from Noon-Close on Saturday, May 19th.

Those teams not yet assigned will be assigned to work between May 26th and the close of the season.
